  All the bad post are 100% spot on. I am a current renter of 2 years and it is a nightmare. I pay over 1600 for a 2 bedroom because I'm not willing to sign a lease. Do not move here whatsoever. I read a few bad reviews before I moved in and said oh well it was awhile ago...5 years after the posts were made its the same thing!!! Do not even consider moving here.

  The parking here is absolutely atrocious, but management is already trying to fix it, so I won't hold that against them any more than I already am. Otherwise, the place is very beautiful, all the houses are taken care of, and if you alert management to an issue regarding the work around your house, they insist on taking care of it free - not blaming it on you and trying to take it out of your security deposit. Everyone here is very neighborly and nice as well.
